My wife and I were among Dr. Bayless first patients when he started his practice.  We always received courteous service and with a smile.  After two total knee replacements with Dr. Bayless – I still receive professional attention.

Dr. Bayless and Sam Suh are a wonderful team.  They are warm, friendly, helpful and COMPETENT.  I’ve been a patient of theirs for over 10 years.  During that time I’ve had a hip replacement, a knee replacement and back care.  As a result, I’m much healthier than I was 10 years ago. IOSM is largely responsible for this along with the physical therapy unit of IOSM.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bayless since 1987.  Stacy has been my P.T. since 1991.  I wouldn’t go anywhere else.  The therapy department has always been friendly, helpful and encouraging, and all this even though I can be rather uncooperative.  Dr. Bayless and Stacy got me through double knee replacements.

I am always treated with respect by all of the staff at the Irving location.  I have had great care with Dr. Bayless and his physician assistants. Dr. Bayless is a great doctor.  His nurse has also been great when I have had to call in.  The surgery scheduler was also very helpful after surgery in making sure that the home health company was set up.  I have had procedures completed at MacArthur Surgery Center.  Everyone there was nice and professional.  The individual that starts the IV’s is especially good.  He is the best I’ve ever had.  I have also had physical therapy at your location also.  There were always great.  My physical therapist always went out of her way to make sure everything was going on ok.  The PT department manager has always been very nice to me when I’ve needed to talk to her and the front desk staff has also been very helpful.  I recommended Dr. Bayless to several of my friends.

“For the quality of life” – that was the reason Dr. Bayless offered when he agreed to provide complete knee replacement to me.  Little did I truly understand the satisfaction the quality would become after the surgery.  The absence of any pain in my knees and the ability to walk comfortably again was a blessing I’d not had in many years.  The surgical procedure provided by Dr. Bayless was amazing.  Actually, the genuine concern and care I received was outstanding and I’m forever grateful!
